  • Dosages:
    • Anxiolytic dosage: 5-10mcg boluses
    • Initial bolus: 0.3-1mcg/kg over 10 minutes in preop
    • Maintenance: 0.3-0.5mcg/kg/hr
    • Postoperative infusion: 0.2-0.5mcg/kg/hr
    • Neuraxial
      • SAB- 5-10mcg
      • Epidural- 50-100mcg bolus or 0.3-0.5mcg/mL/hr
